A Safe Place to Train

Trauma-sensitive scenarios include clear content warnings. Learners choose if, when, and how to take part, knowing they can pause, skip, or stop the scenario at any time.

Secure Training with Learner Control

Each learner controls access to their own scenarios. No one can view a learner’s practice sessions without their permission. Completed scenarios can be shared with peers/supervisors for review and feedback only at the learner’s discretion.

No PHI is Used

We do not collect, use, or store Protected Health Information (PHI).
The training simulations never ask for or include any client PHI.

For Staff Training Use Only

Our training simulations are not behavioral therapy or clinical treatment. They are designed for use by your staff to sharpen their skills and increase their confidence in their professional work.

Progress Visibility Without Surveillance

Organizational leaders can access high-level usage data and individual summary statistics to support team development, but the actual scenario practice sessions remain private to each learner.

This protects learner privacy and maintains trust while providing the insights needed for effective support.
